Orders and using this website
Review product descriptions, selected options, quantity, address and the total before ordering. An acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order; fulfillment depends on payment authorization and the ability to supply it. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain and refund the unfulfilled amount. We do not substitute materially different goods without agreement. Product images do not excuse supplying items that differ materially from their description.
Prices and payments
Prices and checkout payments are in USD. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. Use only methods actually offered at checkout. Standard shipping is free. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will explain it and provide an appropriate choice, including cancellation and a refund. An accepted order price is not increased without agreement.
Delivery and changes
Standard shipping is free to eligible United States addresses. Normal order processing takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch takes 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days from order placement. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. See Shipping for delay and tracking procedures. Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address correction. If dispatch has occurred, a change may no longer be possible and the return process may apply. Rights to cancel or receive a prompt refund for a shipping delay remain available.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days after delivery. We pay approved return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner when required by law. Your bank or card issuer may need another 5–10 business days to display the credit. Our Refund policy explains the process and treatment of damaged, wrong or misdescribed goods.
Responsible use and rights
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or use payment credentials without authority. Proportionate steps may be taken to prevent fraud and protect security. Nothing in these terms excludes legal warranties, removes consumer remedies or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory federal and state consumer protections take priority over inconsistent wording.
Changes and contact
The terms shown when an order is placed apply to that order. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce existing rights. See Privacy for information handling and Payment for checkout guidance.
